Unfrosted (2024) is a comedy set in the 1960s, specifically in Michigan where the headquarters of Kellogg’s and Post, the giants of the cereal industry, were located. They compete to create a product that is easily consumable, aimed at the children’s market, with a decent cost, and that practically revolutionizes breakfast time. I would say a lot of what happens on the movie has been change and it most likely far from the true story mostly because this is a comedy so it has to be fun and things cant be dead straight to the original story.

When Post gains the advantage in this endeavor, Kellogg’s assembles a rather questionable team in many ways to create their product and this was probably a marketing move and get peoples attraction, fake it until you make it; they probably try to deviate the attention of consumers into the faces of the team they have assemble so Post loose some of that momentum they had on TV and ads for their new product, but beyond the joy that the future Pop Tarts brought to the world, the story is full of betrayals, lies, a lot of drama, and plenty of laughs.

I think the name for the movie is spot on and from the trailer you can tell how competitive this race to develop this new product was although make me think was people so tired of Korn Flakes? at least where I live Pop Tards are not so popular probably because the culture is not the same and more incline into traditional breakfast for the region.

This time around Jerry Seinfeld is the director behind Unfrosted (2024), a well known comedian but now in his debut as director, Seinfeld is very famous for his groundbreaking sitcom during the 90s with the same name Seinfeld and for his stand up specials for Netflix and other platforms, Seinfeld besides now a director has been actor and writer becoming synonymous with excellence or at the most very much popular in the comedy field, the guy is very charismatic always with a smile on his face.

Seinfeld is not only a television actor, he has also explored other areas. In 2007, he ventured into the world of animation as a co producer, co writer and voice actor in the animated production Bee Movie, in my opinion one that got very low score considering how much kids love it. The film showcased Seinfeld’s ability to create family friendly humorous stories.

Because its Seinfeld making a movie about Pop Tards, I’m not going to pretend I’m a big fan of his sitcom Sienfield but I find out he does mention many times how much he love them during the show, there has been some comments online of how absurd this can be but in fact that is comedy, comedy is absurd almost 99% of the time, from what I can see the movie is not been sold as a true story although might be “based” on a true story with scenes extremely change to adapt the genre of a comedy, things will be exaggerated to match this theme.

A Stellar Cast Brings Unfrosted to Life

The movie Unfrosted (2024) brings a cast of veteran talented actors:

  • Jerry Seinfeld takes on the role of Bob Cabana, marking his feature film directorial debut while showcasing his comedic ability, in addition to the series Seinfeld, for which he is well known he also participated in the TV series The Marriage Ref and done the voice of Barry Benson during the animated movie “Bee Movie”.
  • Melissa McCarthy is known for her starring role in the sitcom Mike & Molly, and has also gained recognition in films such as Bridesmaids, Tammy, and Can You Ever Forgive Me?.
  • Jim Gaffigan is a stand up comedian and actor, with roles in The Jim Gaffigan Show, Away We Go, and the dramatic thriller American Dreamer.
  • Amy Schumer rose to fame with her successful sketch comedy series Inside Amy Schumer, which earned her a Peabody Award and widespread acclaim for her bold and unapologetic humor, she has also worked in comedy productions such as Snatched and I Feel Pretty.

I bet gathering this cast together was not a problem for Seinfeld considering who would not want to work with him on his very first movie as a director, he has a successful career as a comedian, the movie is not shooting for a block buster rather than a streaming platform to gather lots of viewership online.

From the trailer alone I got a couple of jokes to be very funny, I can see how they use the TV news during the movie very engaging as telling a story of whats going on a common thing on comedies based on the 60s. The link between a Space Rocket about to launch and a Pop Tart going out of the toaster I find awesome, this really showcase that the movie has a lot of creativity into it and the production looks very well though, the entire scenario reminds me of the emerging world of the Chocolate Factory of Willy Wonka but just visually not trying to compare both movies. The combination of Christian Slater aka Mr. Robot, Jim Gaffigan, Hugh Grant, Jerry Sienfeld and Amy Shcumer is going to crack you up with their jokes, closing the trailer there was this women asking “doesn’t my husband work at a corn flake factor, how did he explode?” that one got me sold, I wont argue that making a movie about the history of how Pop Tards became a thing but as I mention before its a comedy so why not, not a comedy guy but this one I wont miss out.

Boy Kills World is a wild movie filled with dark humor, frenetic action, martial arts, and violence. Similar to other revenge movies tells the story of Boy, right from this point you can tell how humorous and not much sense at times it will make, a young deaf mute who must confront the evil Van Der Koy family that has the entire population under their control. Boy lived through a tragic childhood since the Van Der Koys killed his family, leaving him deaf, growing up to build character he takes some of the voices he remember as a kid as his inner voice since through time I would guess he forgot the sound of them. From the day his life completely change and lost his family he came up with a master plan, a three step plan: step one was to find an inner voice, choosing the last one he remembered from a video game; step two was to become strong, stronger like insane strong; and step three was to join a team because he figure out one person can’t take down the Van Der Koys, his only mission is to make them pay for what they did to him an many others on their way.

Movies loaded with action scene sequences has become a trend, the most recent one was Monkey Man with a similar story of a young boy who fights an entity that hurt his family or people some how, Boy Kills World doesn’t seem to be any different but what caught my attention the most was its humor, they run a kinda purge but its a TV show, this gives me even Hunger Games Vibes, the trailer was very colorful and many will relate to the movie due to similarities to certain fight games comes to mind Street Fighter, the training that Boy goes through Kickboxer (1989), over all I think this will be another hit for 2024 and its great amount of content.

Director Moritz Mohr: A New Voice in Cinema

Boy Kills World director is Moritz Mohr, born in 1981 in Frankfurt am Main, Hesse, Germany, a new director to the big screen from what I could found which was not much based on his IMDB profile and productions that he has work in the past, none of them that I can recall although in the past he has been known for working with short films, some of this projects like Akumi (2005) and also has experience on the smaller screen TV, directed the TV Series Viva Berlin (2011) that has a rating of 7.5 on IMDB so there must be something that Moritz Moh does very well and that’s directing. I wonder who is his inspiration as a director because the same way as the scenes has similarities to other movies I mention on the introduction there must influence from other directors for me the king of commercial gore movies Quentin Tarantino, speaking of the dark humor on Boy Kills World reminds me of Grindhouse (2007), on a similar way from the trailer I can tell how they directly make fun of people they kill by accident, this movie I would not recommend for teenagers.

The Film: A Stylish Blend of Action and Realism

Boy Kills World already has great comments from critics and audience online waiting for its debut on Theaters, if I try to explain its style I would have to mention it pays homage to old Westerns, kung fu movies, and 16-bit video games, now days a very unique blend of genres but its the story that worries me a bit since on the trailer itself the story how he lost his family is not so much clear and that’s fine its just a trailer but the movie has to make sense and be simple at the same time, I hope it doesn’t become confusing for the audience from its root to how he achieve his master plan.

This movie directly touches themes of loss, survival, and the harsh realities of adulthood, this last part I mention because we will see Boy as a kid going through different faces until the point he becomes an adult and gather a team that will help him so the question is how a kid that was raise and train in the country side deal with adult problems and behave like one? well I think we wont side such side of him because mostly everything will end up in jokes, that’s the impression I get from the trailer.

Challenges and Controversies

I get the sensation that this movie will slide into a younger audience that might not be prepare for all the violence and even confusion that a story like this might present them as a young age, this has been brought in the past by critics of how cruel and raw the fight scenes can be at times along with its dark humor, the movie also brings in the image of an unjust society causing even more confusion to the young ones who might even believe this is or could be possible.

The movie did have some step back during the cast, there were several changes before it could become a reality but nothing mayor that could become a big step back, this kind of movies with such unique blend of genres requires certain unique actors who are not your traditional action man who is already impregnated on the audience mind from any other successful movie he has been before and deviate the impression the movie wants to put on the audience mind.

From Movies to TV series Boy Kills World has a well known balanced cast.

  • Bill Skarsgard leads the group as Boy, known for his role of Pennywise the Dancing Clown in the It movies, which probably skyrocket him to international fame, he also makes his appearance in John Wick: Chapter 4 as the villain Marquis so he did probably got a few stunts and moves out of John Wick.
  • Jessica Rothe takes on the role of June 27, known from the successful Happy Death Day film series, as well as La La Land and All My Life.
  • Michelle Dockery plays the character of Melanie Van Der Koy, recognized for her role as Lady Mary Crawley in the famous period drama Downton Abbey and The Gentlemen (2019).

I believe movies like Boy Kills World are needed while the audience escape from the figure of John Wick from the action genre, for some time it was dominated by this character and it was the benchmark for any other upcoming action movie but with the mix of different stories and other actors who in the past has not play the role of a hero who only knows how to kick ass and blow peoples chest with a shotgun over time the dominance of John Wick will start to faint giving space for new and better action movies to create a similar impact on the audience. I find Boy Kills World a movie with a lot of potential but my only worry is that this movie seems a mix of too many others or too many concepts in a single one, for it to be successful will have to make seance and be simple enough so the audience doesn’t get lost, action movies do not require over complicated drama, but other than that I like very much what I have seen on the trailer.

The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare follows the SSRF, the Small Scale Raiding Force who are lead by Sargent Gus March Phillips, called by Prime Ministry Winston Churchill who is concern by the situation of England in the war that is fighting and loosing against the Nazis. Churchill request Gus to use his team in a undercover mission and give permission to them to use whatever method is needed to pull back the Nazis and he accepted the mission but with the condition that he will do it only with his men. After that they travel to the North Atlantic where a base of the Nazi’s was established and started to do what they do best fight. The group interrupted in meetings of the Nazi and killed everyone in that room, explode boats, explode Nazis camp, killed Nazis officers, they just killed every that show his face because that was the mission and they can use any method to end the war, its a free for all. The SSRF are aware that they can died at any moment but they really don’t care until the point that Gus received a called from the Prime Ministry office to end with the mission and he just decided to ignored that order, if they start a mission they must ended now they just go nuts and since that moment we are going to witness what this crazy group of heroes is going to do to change the course of the war and how far they are going to travel to achieved that goal.

The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare is an action and war film inspired by Damien Lewis’s book of the same name. It tells the real story of the British Army’s No. 62 Commando, known as the Small Scale Raiding Force (SSRF), a group formed under the orders of Winston Churchill. This force was characterized by carrying out secret and risky missions using unconventional techniques more akin to pirates than traditional soldiers. The movie will premiered on April 19, 2024.

The project to bring the story of The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare started on 2021 when Paramount Pictures acquired the rights of the best seller book of Damien Lewis, which who has the same name as the movie. Since that moment Paramount Pictures decided that the best person to direct this movie was the director Guy Ritchi, due to his reputation with action movies, he was the perfect for that job, with that news of who was the director the excitement begins for this movie. The cast of The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare features a variety of talented actors:

Leading the cast is Henry Cavill brings to life the role of Gus March-Phillips, Cavill is a well known British actor who gained international recognition for his role of Charles Brandon in the TV series The Tudors but he is mostly globally known for bringing to life one of the most beloved characters in the DC Comics Universe, Superman. Cavill’s performance as the Man of Steel has been praised by both critics and fans, solidifying his status as a leading actor in Hollywood, in addition to his work in the DC Extended Universe, he is also known for his role as Geralt of Rivia in the Netflix series The Witcher in my opinion a more complicated role to play.

Alan Ritchson joins Calvin and he plays the role of Anders Lassen, Ritchson is an American actor who is best known for his portrayal of Aquaman / Arthur Curry in the CW series Smallville but his recent performance in the Amazon Prime Video series Reacher that truly showcased his range as an actor with a mix of a big guy who is very strict but at the same time can be kind to others, after playing the main role on Reacher he was praised for its intensity and physicality, making him the perfect choice to play the tough and rugged Lassen in The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare.

Another notable cast member is Alex Pettyfer, who plays the role of Geoffrey Appleyard, Pettyfer is a British actor and model who first gained recognition for his role as Alex Rider in the 2006 movie Stormbreaker and other number of movies including I Am Number Four and Magic Mike playing secondary roles, Pettyfer’s good looks and charisma make him a natural fit for the role of the dashing Appleyard, this movie needs a mix of characters with different talents, both charismatic and looks.

Eiza González also joins the cast as Marjorie Stewart, González is a Mexican actress and singer who first gained recognition for her role in the horror series From Dusk till Dawn: The Series in 2014, not so popular production but at least remind me some of the original movies from the 90s, since then she has appeared in a number of movies, including Baby Driver and others, not the most hype about her role but looks like a good addition that will be an easy fit.

Closing out the cast is Babs Olusanmokun, who plays the role of Heron, Olusanmokun is a Nigerian-American actor who is best known for her role as Dr. Joseph M’Benga in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds and as Jamis in the acclaimed film Dune and its upcoming sequel Dune: Part Two, he has a very powerful presence and commanding performance make her a standout in the cast.

Overall, the cast of this movie is a diverse and talented group of actors who bring their unique skills and experiences to the film, with such a strong ensemble, audiences can expect a lot of excitement and entertaining ride.

The story follows Abigail a beautiful young girl who appears to be rehearsing her dance, she is a ballerina, after that she is took by her chauffeur to her house, which result is a mansion, Abigail is the daughter of a wealthy man. The man name is Lambert and is the one that in representation of his client hired the group of criminals, they have the mission of kidnap and hold Abigail in the mansion for 24hrs, the criminal accept the job and demand $50 million for the ransom, Lambert told them that if they finish the job they will received the money and left, leaving the kidnappers behind. The criminals gather at the mansion of their mysterious leader, where they must adhere to certain rules to avoid disrupting the plan. Abigail is held captive in one of the mansion’s rooms, handcuffed to a bed. One of the female criminals engages in conversation with her and felt bad to see that young girl with the handcuff but Abigail just look at her and told her “I’m sorry for what’s about to happen.” After those were words pronounce by Abigail, the doors and windows of the mansion begin to move and close seemingly by themselves, as if something paranormal is occurring, leaving the kidnappers trapped. Since that moment everything change, Abigail wasn’t anymore a tiny, helpless and beauty ballerina, now she look more like a demon, with a huge strength, with a blood lust. Now the hunters are the one that are being hunt and they need to create a plan not to win the money, they a plan to survive from whatever Abigail is. Giancarlo Esposito, who now days is playing the role of Parish on the TV series with the same name, this time plays Lambert in Abigail, but he is best known for his role as Gustavo Fring in on of the most famous TV series ever Breaking Bad and its sequel, Better Call Saul, Esposito has an extensive experience and commanding presence bring complexity to the character of Lambert.

Behind the Scenes: Creating Abigail

The creation of Abigail came from the idea of developing a monster thriller movie for Universal Pictures. The director wanted to do a reboot of the 1936 Universal Classic Monsters movie Dracula’s Daughter. They also stop the filming of Scream V just to focus on this project. The development of the movie started on April 2023 and at the same month was hired almost all the cast and the last member of the cast was included on June, completed the cast the filming began that same month in Dublin, Ireland. The cast and staff worked without hesitation, completing the filming of December 2023. At the end of the project the direction, production staff and the cast felt happy because the gave everything of themselves to perform deliver a great horror movie.

Abigail is one of those horror movies that audience will totally enjoy for its twisted ideas and the great performances that the cast gave to deliver a good movie. The story follow Paul’s and his twin son Thomas and Joseph, living in a remote farm, away from any kind of conflict. The world has an excess of pollution caused by humans but the worst in that are also some creatures that know are living in the planet, those monsters hunt and kill any living beings in their path. Paul and his sons daily routines are almost the same, looking wood in the forest, drive for the farms fields to see is something new or different happen and reinforce all the system of barriers Paul’s has created to keep the house secure during the night, there’s also an important rule that they most follow be in the house before sunset to be safe. Despite all the rules Paul sons are teenager and as teenager they are not extent of do stupid things even though the world is ending. Thomas has visited a location where he met Charlotte and they create a nice relationship, she live in a fortified community and Thomas go there every time he can until one day something unexpected happen Thomas doesn’t arrive to his house on time because he felt into a slit and find himself trapped in the woods in the night, afraid for what could happen to his son Paul’s didn’t think to much and leave the house in search of Thomas and Joseph is going as well to save his brother. When they finally found Thomas he was surrounded by a monsters, Paul decided to create a distraction so his sons can run together away from there but while doing that Paul get injured and the monster attacked him so his sons fight against them and save his father and start looking for help. Since this moment Paul, Thomas and Joseph decided that they are tired of hiding and decided to fight for their freedom and their life. We are going to witness a family union fighting together embracing fear, darkness, courage and hope.

Critical Reception and Audience Expectations

The critics for the movie are mixed, some are pleased with the great performance that Nicolas Cage gives in this new role and a different one as a single father taking care of their twin sons in a broken world. Also the young actors Jaeden Martell and Maxwell Jenkins create a great synergy giving excellent performances. In addition, the critics mention that the CGI, the action scenes and the creation of the monster were well done with a unique design. But as always, not everything is perfect. The story follows Gracian “Gray” Parish a retired wheel man that is living an amazing life with his family, he run his own company and lives in a nice suburban home, he is living the average American life but he is also carrying a pain due to his son dead who was killed a year ago during a shooting but the case is still unsolved. One night an old friend and partner in crime named Colin visited Gray and asked, lets better says that Colin begs Gray for help, he is in a dept with the Tongai family, a group of Zimbabwean gangsters and needs Gray to complete a mission due to he is the most capable driving man that he knows, Gary begrudgingly agrees to help Colin but let him know that this will be the last time. The day of the mission arrived but the initial plan goes wrong forcing Gray reroutes things, changing his clothes and stealing a new vehicle, apparently at the end everything ends well, calling the attention of the Tongais siblings and they trying to retain his services but he always refusing to it. Since that moment Gray’s met the Tongais siblings and realized that he just get involved in something huge and bad that is human trafficking and also acknowledged that he is going to need to drive faster than before all to keep his family safe.

Directorial Vision: Sunu Gonera

Director Sunu Gonera has a story of dreams and determination. Born and living in Zimbawe during the Civil War, Gonera decided to began a journey and follow his dream of becoming a Hollywood director. Behind the Scenes of DogMan

The movie Dogman was film in Newark, New Jersey and in the virtual production studio in Essone, France. The production or filming has no problems but must of the attention was on the director Lec Besson for his controversies and previous accusations that until today has had no repercussion in the filmmaker. Also is impressive the amount of dogs that were used in the filming of the movie making more realistic the scene and also complicated. Dogman is a movie that will bring to the big screen director Lec Besson with a hard story and great performances.

Despite all the accusation that director Lec Besson has face during the past years is incredible to see a movie directed by him again, Besson is a director that has memorable movies such as The Fifth Element and Leon: The Professional, two movies that has gained him acclaimed and also has positioned him one of the greatest French filmmaker, for that reason now with Dogman, the director is giving action, traumas, love for dogs, a story that audience is going to love for the dogs and the plot or is going to hate probably because will make no sense for them, no matter what it seems that the story is cruel with action scenes and with dogs running all over the city just to satisfy his master. The movie follow Ollie Cross in his new life as a paramedic, he decided to do this job because is going to help him in paying his studies, he want to be a doctor and to gained experience. Cross is presenting with Gene Rutkovsky that man that is going to be his partner in the night shift, Rutkovsky better know as Rut is a veteran paramedic that has seen everything and nothing can surprise him anymore for that reason Rut decided to say to Cross “Beware of black flies, they the first to smell death”, Cross didn’t quite understand what was Rut trying to say to him but life is going to show him that lesson. The first call of the night was received and the team of paramedics prepared to attend the call, a moments late they arrived in a abandoned apartment where unfortunately they couldn’t do much because the person was already dead, they then start the process of removed the movie and take it to the morgue in the ambulance Rut asked to Cross if that was the first time that he ever watched someone he knew actually die and Cross replies yes, his own mother that committed suicide when he was a child. The story will continue showing the colleagues in his job every night trying to do the best they can in situation such as the abused and beaten wives, the drug addicted, the ignored immigrants and the though gang members that sometimes make they job more difficult. Cross is living all this during the night but during the day he is struggle to commit with his studies and the exams that he has to present. Every night for Cross is apparently a challenge but Rut is there to guide the newbie in hardly job, something things can escalated and touch deeply in Cross like a badly beaten wife that is still threatened by her husband even thought the paramedics try to take her to the hospital or an scene were apparently a pregnant heroin user gave birth but the baby born dead, this case of scenarios continue every night making Cross realized the New York is not what is seems in the surface in the darker halls exist a different world, a world full of cruelty, suffering, people trying to survive and two paramedics trying to save the most people the can. Also the movie will show a little of the personal life of each character Cross with his girlfriend and Rut struggling with the decision of his ex wife of moving to another city with his daughter.

Asphalt City is an intense movie that is going to show scenarios one after another of chaos, lost, pain and cruelty of society, director Jean-Stéphane Sauvaire want to show a different perspective of a big city that is glorify for many but is a hell for others and a perspective from a paramedic that work in the night shift is the way that he decided to show the audience that New York is not perfect and that reality could be cruel. Asphalt City premiered on March 29th in theaters.

Critics: Too much exaggerated

The movie Asphalt City was premiered in the Cannes Film Festival in 2023 with the name of Black Flies for the adaptation of Shannon Burke’s 2008 novel Black Flies. Critics have acclaimed the performance of Sean Penn and Tye Sheridan, giving emotion and reality to their characters but critics has also dislike for the cruelty and the exaggeration of the job that a real paramedic has to do mention that in the movie they seems to be more like two cops in every crime scene, despite all that the director vision is accepted and the movie is side of a city that also needs to be known.

Jean-Stéphane Sauvaire is a French filmmaker, producer and screenwriter that is best known for the films Johnny Mad Dog 2008, A Prayer Before Dawn 2017 and now Asphalt City 2024. The career of the director started in 1991 as a first assistant director of the film Les Nuits Fauves By Cyril Collard and continue doing that job until 2000, after gained experience he decided to give a step on his directorial career and directed three short films La Mule, A Dios and Matalo later in 2008 he made the movie Johnny Mad Dog which one that was presented in the Cannes Film Festival winning the Prix de L’Espoir. Sauvaire is a director that is not afraid to show the dark side of society and dig into the characters psyche until they reveal their deepest fears and desires.

Katherine Waterston as Nancy, Waterson is an British actress that made her debut in the movie Michael Clayton 2007 but she is known for her performance in the movie Inherent Vice 2014, she also portrayed Chrisann Brennan in the movie Steve Jobs 2015 and take the role of Tina Goldstein in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them 2016. Mike Tyson is in the role of Chief Burroughs, Tyson is a former boxer that make his appearance in this movie.

The movie Asphalt City at the beginning was titled with the name Black Flies that was because it is an adaptation of Shannon Burke’s Novel with the same name Black Flies, due to it is an adaptation director was more careful in the process of scripting and directing to capture the essence of the original story, despite that the filming process was pleasant with a cast that gave everything to deliver great performances. Asphalt City is a movie that is going to give to the audience many emotions thanks to the great performances and the view of director Jean Stéphane Sauvaire about a dark New York City.

Based on Shannon Burke’s 2008 novel Black Flies, Asphalt City wants to reflect in this movie the vision of a director who has live for many years in the great city of New York, with the story of two paramedics, one as the rookie and the second a veteran that nothing impress him anymore, is a plot of a dark city full of crime, drugs, abuse, gangs members that is reflecting a different and also a real perspective of a city that is glorify by many but as is also a hell for others, at the same is the place were the devil walk between everyone and we don’t if this destiny but Ollie Cross is the person chose in this life that is going to feel all the pain and frustration of every call he received and must attend all this to confirm if he is strong enough to pass through all those challenges and can pass with success all the test that life is going to force him to face.

The story is set in 1989 in a town of New Mexico forget by God, in the only gym of the town we can found Lou, the gym manager passing the day as many others but one day a special customer arrived, it was Jackie a bodybuilder that is on the way to Las Vegas for a competition but decided to spend a couple of days in the town to train before starting her journey again. Since the moment they met Lou and Jackie like each other, start knowing each other and elevate her relationship as a couple, to woman a abandon town living a passionate adventure but everything changed when Lou father called to do a job, she didn’t want to be part of that live anymore but her father force her to do so she has no other choice than follow orders, meanwhile Jackie decided to go the shooting range that the owner was casually Lou’s father, for Jackie was just another activity while she was in town but without knowing that Lou’s father was known as the crime lord of the town, arms dealer and a very dangerous man. Lou’s tried to keep that secret until the point that was impossible to keep the secret and the couple started to pass trough critics moments just to save their love. This story is about a father that wants more power and rule overall, a daughter that just want to be free from that life of crime and love immensely and about a bodybuilder that only wants to win her competition but in the road she get entangled into difficult events but facing them. Lou’s and Jackie are going to travel in torment, fighting against everyone and everything just to reach their goals and keep together.

Love Lies Bleeding will premieres in March 8th, viewers will see many images of fights, chases, blood, and scandal and the audience will discover what crimes those Lou’s commit, what kind of crimes those Lou’s family is involved and how the relationship of Lou’s and Jackie survive through all those criminal events that they will live together.

The story of Lou in set in New Mexico she being a gym manager who one date mate Jackie, a bodybuilder that was just passing through because her idea was to go to Las Vegas for a contest but the destiny decided that this to protagonist entangled in an adventure of love, obsession, desire, betrayal and crimes thought that path they are going to face situations really difficult and as ironic it is one of those path is against Lou’s father. Lou and Jackie are going to fight for her love and life and director Glass is going to guide the audience through an intense story keeping them engaged to confirmed if the couple will reach their goal.

Director Rose Glass is giving to the audience a story that is different but that is remarking situations that many people live as love as first sight, a problematic family, the search of happiness but also brings the dark side of society, the need of more power, the need of rule overall and the crimes that can occur in a a forgotten town. Love Lies Bleeding is a story that will give and show all those feeling that a person can have happiness, fear, lost, love, revenge and courage, Lou’s must face her most biggest fear that is her evil father just to gain her freedom from a family that only brings her harm and also fight for the love of her life. Jackie wants to win and she will do anything to reach her goal but also is going to accept and fight for Lou. This movie is something that audience will love or heat but to confirm we must wait to the premiere and judge.
