Shogun Episode 8, The Abyss of Life, does honor its name when we see so many people willing to die for honor while others didn’t run away but did have different opinion on what was next for them going against everything they have work on that is the case of Hiromatsu who have decided to honor his word and everything that he have work on during his entire life but on the other hand his grandson Buntaro believe that if he must die will not be because Toronaga gave up, its a bit contradictory since when they escape Osaka he was the last man standing on land left alone but I guess one thing is to fight for your life knowing you most likely will be killed and the other one is die just because Toronaga surrender, meaning let other man kill you willingly.

A very interesting episode with a bit of gore, lot of mind games but not everything was intentional, on episode 7 Toronaga’s son Nagakado died after he slipped and crack his back head while trying to kill his uncle Saeki, after Nagakado failed attempt Saeki gather his men and took control of the situation going back to the original dilemma, Toronaga having to surrender but after his son died there was a variable and it was time, this gave Toronaga 49 days, the customary time to bury his son and go through all the traditional ceremony, enough time for Toronaga to think how could he save his clan, if you have been watching the series you know he can’t die yet so something or some one was going to act in favor of him.

Toronaga and what is left of his men go back to Edo to bury his son and gather things up before going to Osaka and meet Ishido to surrender but what was strange to me that all of the sudden Toronaga is ill badly, coughing all the way and looking pale. Everyone next to him does not want to surrender, they want to fight even when they are out number but Toronaga is Lord, they must obey his command, honor is above everything at least until this point in time.

I really though we would see more of a romantic scenario between Mariko and John at this point, if they really slept together but she have kept her boundaries in and out of home this shows how much different Japanese culture is than others, it is script to every single dot. The other couple on the horizon is Ishido and Lady Ochiba, he has really been falling for her and it seems for ever even when Taiko was alive, the reason I would think this is because he has done what ever she wanted, this entire plan to destroy Toronaga is her doing although he is no stranger of power hungry, Ishido now feels his plan will finally be accomplished so the final nail on the coffin would be marry Lady Ochiba who is the mother of the heir, this will provide Ishido enough power to act and do what ever he wants and he would probably be turn into the temporary ruler of Japan but I’m not sure if she is not measuring this correct because that means he could also kill the heir.

Before they cremate Nagakado, all Toronaga’s Vassal join at night to drink sake, talk and remember what a good guy Nagakado was, he was still a boy eager to show up he could be more, learning from his mistakes who was not willing to let his father die just because someone was trying to bully him over power but to be honest what a stupid and unfortunate way of dying, the guy slipped the last second when he had Saeki in the ground about to cut his head off, falls on his back and crack the back of his head against a rock dying almost immediately. That night and day after during the funeral ceremony, most of Toronaga’s vassal didn’t want to die nor surrender, they wanted to at least die fighting but this meant going against their lord will.

This is the scene that got me thinking something was fake, most likely Toronaga was fake, Father Martin decides to visit Toronaga before he goes to Osaka to advice him to form and alliance with Lady Ochiba and take off power from Ishido, I really think he doesn’t understand the situation very well since she is the one pushing Ishido to finish Toronaga, Ishido is enemy with Toronaga for power but she purely hates him. Martin came to bargain with Toronaga for land, he wanted to build a church in Edo, towards he end Toronaga agree but not before one last request “That he return to Osaka and tell what he sees there” Toronaga basically wanted Martin to be his messenger and tell others how sick he is and that for real this time he will surrender, I don’t know Rick, looks fake to me.

After Toronaga sends back Martin to Osaka, Hiromatsu kinda read his intentions and told every other vassal that Toronaga is going to fight, there is something going on, this includes his grandson Buntaro who is a great warrior loyal warrior who does fear death. He has been trying to work things out with Mariko after he beat her up one night a few episodes ago because he was jealous of John and her, Mariko has been playing her role of wife as Toronaga commands her. Buntaro invites her to drink tea with him, same as when John flatter Kiku when she was serving him tea its very similar to Buntaro preparing tea for Mariko its an entire ceremony. After Mariko congratulate him for his performance he had the great idea to ask her to both die that night, told her he doesn’t believe what Hiromatsu is saying and that he finally will let her have what she was asking for all this time, die. One thing is that a foreigner like John ask them to act against Toronaga but another is that a “warrior” like him ask Mariko to go against her lord, he really show his hand this time and to make things worst for him Mariko ask her many times to let her die because she never wanted to be with him but dying was the only honorable way because she would not divorce him or leave him, that would not only make her look bad but also go against what her father wanted her to do.

Talk about honor and going against their lord will, John goes to Yabushigue to fight for him and Yabushigue refuses ironically because he wants to serve Toronaga and cant go against his orders, the man that was playing double agent for the most part of the series and that he would let it slide because he is a foreigner. Most at this point not clue if to follow Toronaga to death, they all want to die fighting if necessary, even young Omi feels there is a point of return in loyalty, when it takes you no where or even takes you to die in vane.

As always without intentions to spoil the meat and potatoes of the episode I try mainly to talk about the base and structure of events that let to the results of this episode, Toronaga is taking whats left of his army and warriors to the edge mainly for many reasons, to find out who are the loyal ones, to find out who are willing to fight even when out number and even those who would try to take advantage of his situation to gain power over him like Martin did asking for land when he knows Toronaga is about to die but had no clue he was just another pawn on his entire plan, another great episode and I just hope we get two episodes of battle, there are only two episodes left and this is suppose to be a mini series so one episode of battle in my opinion would not be enough to satisfy most viewers.

I believe Tokyo Vice is a very underrated series and not because it has a low rating, reason why is because not many people knows about it or talks about but, at times it can be a bit slow as any other police / journalist tv series who are after the bad guys but then it picks up very quickly.

On season one for me it was always Jake, Samantha and Sato the main characters but on season two things have change a bit but always with Jake in the middle of the storm, Samantha has turn into a disposable character with her moments but not as focus as in first season, Sato has probably remain at the top three but now Tozawa and Katagari next to Jake all the time.

Episode eight was every exiting to watch with a lot of retaliation specially at Chihara-Kai ever since Hayama took over after their Oyabun death, the monster that Tozawa has turn in after he came back is expanding rapidly starting to control not only the streets but high power inside the government and probably the US embassy.

Episode starts with a Yakuza arrest in the the US while they were having a good time in Hawaii, after they got busted its not known if they are part of Tozawa clan, this arrest seem very random without much details like Yakuza overall is expanding in the US without limits, similar to the wave of violence that is happening in Japan at the moment with Tozawa just watching from the distance like he is promoting all this without been directly involve.

Samantha as usual hits rock bottom again but she is not alone this time, Sato is back with her out of nothing and it sucks because he was always there for her and only after her club got shut down and she needed a shoulder to cry she let in Sato knowing one of her models was going out with him, what a bitch. Sato also needs a shoulder and some support because he was thrown out of Chihara Kai after Hayama took over, to make things worst his brother join Chihara Kai and most likely will be abuse or end up dead very quick, Sato is looking for a way to get his brother back, there is a lot of revenge going on in this episode because Sato does get what he is looking for and what his Oyabun Ishida wanted all the time if he ever died.

Jake came early to Japan, at Meisho there were a lot of people mad at him after his last tantrum before he left, the reason he left; brought them some gift and try to make amends although Tin Tin deserve it after acting like a cry baby when he got played by the Minister and blame Jake for it. That story about the Yakuza bust just came up at Meisho, Trendy and Jake are assign to it and this could serve as a piggy back for Jake so he can keep digging although he already got his answers, now he has to some how connect them to hard prove to publish, once again he gets shut down by the corrupt system who latter on will slap everyone on their faces.

There is constant humor into this series specially coming from Tozawa, the guy is constantly making fun of people because he can basically do what ever the fuck he wants, this time comes into the room after his wife was trying to sneak around a deal with the Transport Minister behind his back but Tozawa has eyes and ears every where so he got there to remember the Minister of certain video tape that could come back at any moment and destroy his career, he does not want a Transport Minister, he needs the Minister of Justice on his side.

Tozawa again displaying his power, Katagiri new boss Nagata was making a lot of progress busting Yakuza left and right, now getting closer to Tozawa thanks to Jake and Katagiri but the moment she got too close to the sun her wings burn down, there is a new Justice Minister, Nagata gets replaced, Jake had a meeting with Yabuki, Tozawa’s right hand; to let him know if he continues with his story they going to kill him.

Sato getting back to Chihara Kai does not surprise me I really though he would eventually but how Tozawa start to control everything and kill Ishida shows a lot of power out of him right now, when he left he was very ill and didn’t have this much power on the government and the streets but after killing Ishida and taking over his Wife’s family organization he got stronger than ever been able to pull strings everywhere and cover things up so he doesn’t get involve, even showing up at the police station to proof his innocence, its just ridiculous.

Question at hand is, will Sato retaliate and go after Tozawa? will Jake work with him? its going to be war in the streets and Tozawa has a lot of enemies after him, also those who work for him like Baku and the new Justice Minister are been secretly investigated, there are a lot of twist to this series although it looks very basic from the outside, I give Episode 8 a 7.5/10.

The Wheel of Time: What Was Meant to Be – Season 2 – Episode 8 – RECAP - INTRODUCTION - www.skiptvads.blog

What Was Meant to Be, episode eight of The Wheel of Time Season Two, for me; could be the best episode of a TV series on 2023, everything that was meant to be happen, not necessary as Moiraine thought it would happen since Selene (Lanfear) had a lot to do with it, in fact she was the reason all this happen, she fool Ishamael all the time, she rescue Rand from Amyrlin Seat setting on fire the town as a distraction, took Moiraine and Lan to the exact spot where she could attack Lady Surtoh ships and all this because she loves Rand, really the OG dragon; this time seems she is focus more than ever to help him but at the end her goal is to have him for her but this is something not clear for me because when she was going to do something about it a few episodes back Moiraine show up and cut her through, I have not read the books so all I know is what I have seen so far. Another interesting topic is how Ishamael was imprison with the rest of the forsaken by Lews who was the reincarnation of The Dragon, they were “friends” but had different opinions about The Wheel, Ishamael wanted to distroy it probably he has a similar kind of though like Thanos, why suffer when he can end it all while Lews knew this was not the way, season leaves me with quite a few questions of whats next on season three, at this point everyone has a good control of their power including Perrin, Mat never had any powers he was just destine to do certain things since he was part of Rand inner circle.

Season two started very slow for that getting some what low scores of 7/10 but after episode three things started to pick up the pace rapidly to the point that every episode was a hit, out of the eight episodes it average a score of 8/10 on IMDB, considering the first episode got a 7.1 and the last episode a 9/10 showing in numbers how good this episode was its just pure and constant dopamine rush that kept me to the edge, it is in fact so good of an episode and has so many details that I saw it more than twice.

To this day I don’t know who free Ishamael but at least now I know who imprison him, good old Dragon back in the day who was his “friend” knew Ishamael was a serious problem to deal with and the rest of the forsaken so he put them inside rocks that serve as prison where they will be alive but not aware of time, this seal was suppose to be so strong that not even Lews would be able to break it so how Ishamael got out and then how did he free the rest of the forsaken including Lanfear??

Once again Lanfear shows Rand she is the only one who really care for him but specifically told him the rest only care for what he can do when she doesn’t so this clear out the question she is not after his powers? because that would be the most obvious answer, during this entire process as I mention, Lanfear was the one pulling the strings and putting all the pieces in place so Rand can win this battle, Lanfear still have bone to pick with Moiraine, if she provoke Lanfear and Rand is not there to get in the middle I’m sure she would not hesitate to take Moirinae life, once again Lanfear helps Moiraine and Rand, dropping Moiraine close to Falme but far enough so she could claim the Dragon with a fire banner on the sky as she mention but this distance also gave her the perfect strategy to attack the city from far away, on top she now has Lan to cover her back again.

I just love how Lanfera manipulate Ishamael, he knows it but has no other option on the other hand Rand tries to manipulate her with cheap tricks and even having all that power she agrees every time he ask for help and she likes it, so hilarious. Now I understand Ishamael wanted more time, from the start he was trying to make Rand feel everyone abandon him because that story that the Dragon eventually kills everyone so far doesn’t fit with Rand, he was not going to kill his friends so Ishamael had no other option to separate them, for some time it work but Ishamael worst mistake was to awake Lanfear thinking she was going to kill Rand.

This is one of the best Karma scenes I have seen this year, on previous episode Egwene told Renna, “I’m going to kill you” and Renna did nothing, but the worst of not doing anything is that she didn’t realize Egwene just went over the adam, she though of ways to hurt her suldam, that’s rule number one you cant hurt your suldam or even think about it. Renna keeps provoking Egwene, the city is under attack and all suldam and damane need to defend it, when a damane refuse orders during battle first punishment is cut her tongue and second her hands, Renna cut Egwene hair to show off her power while still holding the leach, Egwene was like bitch did you just cut my hair?? That look on Egwene before she start attacking the white cloaks who are invading the city said it all.

Ishamael is highly suspicious that Lanfear is going to betray him mainly because he feels she is rushing things and been so sure that Rand is going to switch sides on top of that Turak the leader of seanchan was murder by Rand but he has an ace with him, Mat is “suppose” to kill Rand but Kim did said many times that her visions not always become true, temptation knocks at Mat’s door, Padan Fain brought him the dagger that once posses him and the one he will use to kill Rand, Mat knows he is not strong enough not to touch it so went around and made a spear out of it, problem solved right? not really.

The episode is about Rand been declare as The Dragon but in my opinion this was Egwene episode, Nynaeve is suppose to be way stronger than Egwene something that might come up on season three but for how the one that has shown her powers more than anyone else is Egwene, she is not only strong and pretty but so fucking smart, the tower gets hit badly by the White Cloak army, a big rock hit them and some suldam and damene die but not Renna and Egwene, she use the opportunity to gram an adam collar from a dead sedai and wait for the exact moment to put it on Renna’s neck, so they are both suldam and damane, takes the big risk to hang Renna by the collar and waits to find out who will die first or who forfeit and release the other from the adam, eventually Renna accept because she doesn’t want to die expecting Egwene to release her from the adam and to my joy she doesn’t and watch Renna die kicking and screaming while hanging from pilar.

During previous episodes I constantly complain about some characters that basically do shit, two of them are Mat and Perrin, well Mat in fact hurt Rand badly, it did not play out exactly as Ishamael though but he did set a trap so Mat tries to kill him from behind but Ishamael some how predict it and it was an ilusion, ends up stabing Mat and almost kill him if it wasn’t by Egwene, Perrin and Elayne, btw Nynaeve did’t do shit during this episode, yes its me complaining again but its just so stagnating with some of this characters, I wonder if on the books its like this?

Egwene stand against Ishamael taking almost all his attacks so thats shows she might go hand to hand with some of the forsaken, until Perrin shows up with a shield that was giving to him by Uno who is now one of the Heroes of the Horn so there must be something special about that help Egwene hold the attacks until Elayne is healing Rand, there is a scene I did not show and thats Moiraine attacking the Seanchan ships with damane holding down Rand, after the ships are destroy and Elayne heal Rand he was then able to kill Ishamael.

The scene that sets Season 3, the seals for the rest of the forsaken are broken, every single one is free now, Lanfear is the only one on Rand side, she is suppose to be the strongest one of all them but there was something about Moghedien, another forsaken; that scare the shit out of her or was it the fact that they are all free against Rand? Lanfear thought everything went according to her plan but she never thought Ishamael could or would free the rest of the forsaken.

The Wheel of Time: What Was Meant to Be – Season 2 – Episode 8 – RECAP - CONCLUSION - www.skiptvads.blog

Ishamael is gone now, Seachan’s are done too but there is a bigger threat and that is the other forsaken together after The Dragon now that everyone knows its Rand, truth is that Rand and his friends now know how to control their powers way better that the start of the season but how powerful the forsaken are? Egwene and Rand can exchange blows with them but is the White Tower and Aes Sedais be on their side too? considering Moiraine and the Amyrlin Seat are not in good terms? this puts Rand in the middle of multiple battles on top of this a small civil war against the White Cloaks, this make think they might be surrounded, more powerful than before but more direct enemies than before so it won’t be easy to stay alive, another question that is left hanging is on what side will Lanfear be? what are her true motives to be with Rand? she keeps saying she loves him and is the only one not after his powers? I’m sure season three will be as explosive as season two.

There are some TV series and movies that when it comes to make my post about it, a recap trying to narrate the events that I consider the most important or make the more impact for me, there could be so many details that I kind of hate the process of creating the post although once it is done it feels very satisfying, WOT is one of those TV series probably why it took me some time to create the post, didn’t want it to be short and cover my favorite events during this episode, same thing happens to me with For All Mankind.

Drops of God: All or Nothing – Season 1 – Episode 8 – Recap INTRODUCTION - www.skiptvads.blog

Episode 8 of Drop Of Gods leave me mad but at the same time was a great episode, I don’t want to discourage you from this episode because it was GOOD, I’m more mad about the ending of the series/season, I say this because I doubt there will be a second season, if we think about it Issei is with Yurika and can now start his Sommelier business with the vast collection of Wine he got from his sister Camille, Camille is with Thomas and put to sale her part of his father Wine collection, the contest for Alexander Ledger inheritance is finish, Lorenzo and Miyabi will continue the Ledger Guide after Camille ask them to, the “villains” Luca and Honoka are alone after failing their motives, what is to do next on the series? I really think they F it up and crunch too much of the story in eight episodes, unless a new challenge comes up that expand the TV series there probably wont be a second season, worst part is if they decouple it from the manga story line but it feels this was the happy ending for everyone and went separate ways. I did some research online wondering if there will be a second season but there is no official announcement or even rumor’s just dumb speculation saying there will “probably” be a second season because the series did so good.

With the speculation of season 2 aside, it was a great episode, although a resume of episode 7 or a bit predictable since it was a happy ending episode, everyone got what they wanted and the truth about Issei real father came up but between Camille and Issei I don’t understand why Alexander gave her the advantage on the last test, he send them to find the Drops of God in his cellar, a “wine” that he have chosen, I say a Wine because he says “my cellar is yours, explore it” but then it was never a bottle of wine, Drops of God was a memory from Camille childhood, so why giving her an advantage on the last test, Issei would never find out about that, Alexander train Issei because he couldn’t train Camille her mother got between them so its not like he choose Issei to be the one, at the end got them both into this quest, I wonder if he did it assuming Issei would crush Camille from the start and her only hope to win was the last test?? This is the reason why I think they mess up the series if there is no continuation, there are a lot of questions after the end of why Alexander came up with the contest, it was never about the wine it was about his children but did he really had a preference between them? or did he only wanted to mess up with their mothers? Honoka and Marianne make Alexander life impossible at some point.

Before he died, Alexander left a letter to Phillipe asking him to host one of the last contest he had for Camille and Issei, twisted scenario where Honoka, Marianne, Hirokazu and Alexander met, the test was not the important part of this scene but the place and circumstances, after they test was over they had dinner, Issei catch and cook fish for them and Philippe tells them the story of how their parents met on that very same place but he already knew Alexander was his father, latter on to avoid making a scene or having Camille make a scene he tells her everything and she assume the obvious that Alexander knew they were both his, Issei kept feeling down about Alexander probably just seen him as a bastard and she kept thinking Alexander was a bastard for putting his children on a contest to compete over his inheritance. For the most part of the series every time Camille thought about his father or Issei that infuriate her very much.

Drops of God, finally is not just a metaphor anymore, the test at Philippe vine yard was to find the perfect mix to make a wine he have chosen, a wine Philippe made, but then Alexander pull another test from his ass, find the Drops of God, explore my cellar, Camille got mad as fuck, she now knows Issei is her brother so she took him to Alexander place and both got drunk not giving a fuck about the last test but still care because if they both quit which was Camille premature decision everything would go to Luca and she would not aloud it.

Drops of God was just a memory from Camille childhood, the correct answer to the test was The Rain, I think that stab Issei again, why would Alexander do that to him? but again it was probably to balance the scale if Camille ever get so far on the contest against Issei, Camille never really wanted the inheritance at first then finds out about how much is it so obviously decided to participate on the contest but still towards the end never really wanted to follow Alexander steps so she sold probably half of the wine collection making Luca go to the auction and fight against others buyers and seems she sends half of the collection to Issei, she probably still felt it was unfair what Alexander did so at the end she gave the finger to Luca and Alexander, Issei on his part also rebelled against his mother and told her the only reason he would not make the truth public is because Alexander was never his father, his real father is Hirokazu.

Drops of God: All or Nothing – Season 1 – Episode 8 – Recap CONCLUSION - www.skiptvads.blog

After eight episodes of multiple test its finally over, to me it looks like a happy ending with Camille and Issei been brothers and friends but the truth is that their father Alexander had a preference for her, on the last wine they had to discover and the meaning of Drop of God, Camille always had an advantage, Issei also mention it that he was next to Alexander but never show him affection any type, not as a teacher obviously not as his father its like the entire story was made to develop a happy ending at expenses of Issei suffering, at least he has his step father that loves him and now a girlfriend.

Today I’m feeling very sick but still wanted to show up, had this post in the bag waiting to release, the strategy is working, having posts ready to go in case something comes up.

FATAL ATTRACTION S01E02 RECAP INTRODUCTION - www.skiptvads.blog

Episode eight of Fatal Attraction brings multiple revelations from Alex wild imaginary world to the her real killer, sorry to spoil it for people who haven’t seen this drama series but Dan was never her murder, its shocking the reason why she was murder, Dan had way more reasons to kill Alex from been an abusive stoker, suspect of his mother in law murder, took his daughter not going to say kidnap because se was return but its close, so Dan or even Beth were the ones with true motives to end Alex’s live but they didn’t. The ending of this series felt a bit rush but I guess that’s the problem with most mini series, it does conclude some of the mayor questions, for example:

  • Did Dan killed Alex?
  • Does Dan wins the case?
  • Who killed Alex Forrest?

At the end of episode eight all this questions were answer and may be that’s what matters but there were some other situations that emerge left without resolution, from my point of view it sucks because I know there will never be a second season or additional chapters to this series so this subjects wont be resolved.

Another thing that also got answer is that Beth never stop loving Dan, on this episode that was confirm, there is a scene where Dan is so tired he fall sleep with his cloth still on and Beth enters the room and look at him, she was probably thinking how he destroy his carrier and family because of a mistake but I think it was on a good way, I believe that even though some one makes you any kind of damage good times are never forgotten, you can be mad at the present but the past was probably so good it helps you overcome the current situation, in their case Dan having an affair with a delusional women who needed professional help with her mental health that ends up dead right at the moment her short affair relationship with Dan has ended, Beth tells Dan she doesn’t need a judge to confirm he was innocent as his appeal was denied, the system would never let him win besides that they know he lied to protect his family and not been send to jail for life, Dan was the hero at the bureau so everyone was waiting for the day he gets in trouble to dog pile and get revenge, for some people its more fun to a hero died, even I enjoy it form time to time, its part of human nature.

In an attempt to reason with Alex before she was killed, Beth decided to meet her and talk to her with the goal in mind to make peace with Alex and make her go away but she had no idea who she was dealing with, at this point there was no going back for Alex, that ship has sailed and now she is living in a world of her own imagination, she even say she was pregnant when she was not.

I could tell probably how disappointed but probably relieved in some way Dan felt after his appeal was denied, he did his best effort to get it approve by doing proper investigation with Mike and contrary to what anyone may think he had support from people involve on all this mess that after many years support him like Beth and his daughter Ellen, he probably felt when you are told you are over qualified for the job and you were still the top performer from the company, at this point nothing makes sense anymore and the Alex case story began to faint, it was more about what will Dan do next?

Dan got promoted at the firm he was working at after got out of jail but seems he will have to live with people thinking and even asking how he killed Alex now that he is off the hook he probably tell the “true story” to those who ask for it but he was not Alex murder, there is a lot of people who doesn’t believe him including Earl and those who matter to him like his daughter Dan would still like to prove them he didn’t do it but his opportunity has vanish and will have to deal/live with it, feels like Dan gets bully about Alex murder every day.

This was probably one of the best moments on episode eight, Beth was just thinking out loud and ask if they should have Dan over for dinner, Arthur and Ellen look at her like WTF!!! then Beth ask if it would be weird, one thing is his ex wife and daughter having dinner with Dan but then including Arthur, Beth’s new husband after Dan got to jail, besides Dan knew Arthur and he also paid for a big part of the legal fees for Dan case, this moment did make me laugh.

The opening to what the writers would consider a big finale for the mini series, not sure if its the opening also for another mini series or something else, remember how Ellen was spying on his professor and Stella who was having a relationship with him, not sure if he was married but still, Ellen got Stella kicked out of school when she snitch on her, all this happen after Ellen have already try to convince her professor and Stella to stop seen each other on separate occasions. Stella knew it was Ellen so she confront her but Ellen looked very cold like she could not care less, I found weird why would she spy on them if she had no interest in any of the two unless she did.

Probably the answer everyone was looking for, WHO KILLED ALEX?? well after seven episodes I had no clue but only believe Dan didn’t do it because how he was presented on the series, the moment and motives he had to kill Alex and never did it but seems that Arthur decided to step in at the time either because of friendship, loneliness or love for Beth, at the time all Beth knew about Alex and her mother “accidentally” died, Arthur’s wife was dying because of cancer, Beth called him crying because was was frustrated from all the things going on with Alex, Dan, her mother and daughter, Arthur couldn’t control himself and decided to kill Alex to end Beth’s problems, seems he did a great job because no body knew he was the killer and after Dan goes to jail then he wants to tell the truth but it was too late, the damage was done and his lawyer told him to shut up if he didn’t want to go to jail because him telling the truth wont set Dan free.

Here the part that frustrates me, until the part where Arthur wants to tell everyone he killed Alex I think that was the right ending a classic ending, but this scene comes up, the time Alex took Ellen for a walk without telling her parents decides to give her a small brain wash speech, telling her how his parents were lying to her specially his Dad and she has to learn who to trust, like she could trust Alex and from all the things she tells Ellen I got no clue how we jump into the last scene.

I had this idea that it was possible Ellen was in love with her professor Richard but not to the point she would edit a bunch of audios of him to build up a scene where she could hear him saying how much he wants her, Ellen shows up at his apartment without him knowing not sure for what reason, obviously she wants him but to fuck? to kill him? to kidnap him and lock him down on the basement so only she could some how have him? the guy is shitting bricks he scared and who wouldn’t if a women shows up without permission without you giving her a key and have this look on her face.

FATAL ATTRACTION S01E02 CONCLUSION - www.skiptvads.blog

The finale of this mini series was truly a surprise, the accusation and proofs against Dan were basically

* Lied about not been at her place
* His fingerprints at Alex place
* He knew Alex

To be honest there was not much, what really put him against the ropes is that he lied about not been at her place and avoid the hole affair situation, justice is not fair all the time, actually I would say that 80% of the time its not, Dan was just the perfect example, the perfect trophy, worst part is that those who were not directly affected and were his “friends” turn their backs on him, his boss, Conchita, the entire building that knew him for so many years but only his wife and Mike, who was like family; never turn his back and they in fact got directly affected, Alex killed Beth’s mother. Fatal Attraction does show you the truth about humans once your ass is on the line and can be affected, everyone turns their back no matter for how long they knew you, most of the time only family stick, not even friends.

I give this show a 7/10, I think score sell out score sites like IMDB and RTT gave it a low score because it didn’t stick to the movie story, they doing the same thing with anything that is a reboot example Dead Ringers, another great mini series and scores are very low.
